Summer Is Water Fun!

We have been posting Little Zoie’s summer, and so far it is all water activity!

Well, I guess it proves that she really loves water.  ^_^

Our previous posts are all pool resorts in Laguna, and this following water activity are going to be different.  It is our home swimming! ;-)

Sunday, April 30: Day 1

We have a small space at the back of our apartment for washing laundry but haven’t used the space before.  Little Zoie has an inflatable pool which is kept at my parents house.  I decided to get it the next day for Little Zoie to have enough space to play.

Monday, May 1:  Day 2

Like what I’ve decided, we went to my parents house and stayed for the early morning breakfast and picked up the inflatable pool.  You can see that the pool is too big for the space that’s why we are not keeping it.  My parents yard is way bigger than this little laundry area.

We pumped the pool and tried to fit it just the same.

And look, she’s having fun!

And even hubby’s having fun!

I think we are still going to have more fun with this pool in the coming days, one of our friends and neighbor, is dropping by sometime.  She promised she’ll bring her baby to play in the pool with my Little Zoie.

Another Family Swimming: The Water and Little Zoie

Little Zoie loves water.  It is one characteristics that she got from me and hubby.  Hubby is a great swimmer, unlike me. ;-)

Last weekend my side of the family planned a family outing, it was supposed to be a night swimming on Saturday night for some reason we have too many bumps along the trip.  We never experienced trouble going on a family outing before but maybe that time is an exemption.  Anyway, I’m here at Little Zoie’s blog so I’ll be posting more of my daughter than filling up this post with my personal rant. ;-p

Like what I’ve said, Little Zoie loves water, and even though she’s just 4 she always tag along in pools that is way beyond her height.  But this Sunday (we settled in the resort midnight of Sunday so kids only got to swim early in the morning after their rest), the resort is just filling up the big pool so the water is not that deep for kids.

See Little Zoie enjoys herself in the water. ;-)

She just woke up here.  Rather I woke her up.  The 8am will be too much for them so I made her took a dip at 6am. ^_^

Good thing, we bought her floaters.  She get to play in the water a little far from me.  Of course, I’m watching nearby.

As soon the sun starts heat up and hurt the skin.  I decided to finish up Little Zoie’s swim for the day.  Of course, she objected, but I promised her we’ll get to come back to any of Laguna’s resort on hubby’s VL this week, and I’ll definitely let her play in the water the whole day. ;-)

How’s your summer so far?

Still No Summer Class for Little Zoie

I haven’t found any summer class for Little Zoie yet but even so, I already bought her few books activity books so we can learn new things.

I know that kids get bored easily especially if there’s nothing else to do.  No new books, no new toys.  But we’re still waiting hubby’s friend to send out diabolos, a yo-yo, which hubby requested him to buy while his friend is out of the country.

Anyway, while waiting for it, I know Little Zoie will be thrilled to one, we are answering these books to kill some summer time while staying at home.

We bought activity books:  Mental Math, and 2 letter writing books, so she can write letters within the lines.  And the yellow book, the coloring book, was given to her by one of hubby’s relatives who recently visited Philippines.

Can you guess which book she loves to answer everyday?  Ohh… mommy’s favorite subject:  MATH! ^_^
