Sunday Picnics: Lolo Teaching Me Yoga

We resumed our Sunday picnic last April 29, when daddy had a long vacation leave from his office.

It was our usual Sunday picnics, with mommy and daddy, Lolo, Tita P and Ninong Greg.  What was different that day was Lolo is trying to teach me yoga!  ^_^

I don’t know what yoga is but Lolo is so eager to show me how it is done.  Look!

Lolo really positioned us under the sun, eh?  I think I heard him say we’re doing the ‘Salute to the Sun’.  He also said that yoga is good for the body, especially for the bones.  It helps our body to be flexible.

Anyway, he looks like he’s enjoying teaching me, and I can hear mommy cheering me in the background.  She said I’m following Lolo’s instructions properly.  Thanks, mom! ♥

I guess Lolo will still teach me more about yoga when I grow up, don’t you think? ;-)

Me and ‘The Avengers’ on the First Day!

Oh well, this is a very late post.  ^_^

Remember ‘The Avengers’ first day in cinemas?  It was on April 25 but mommy can’t seem to think why we haven’t posted it yet here in my blog.  At least I have an entry to share at Jared’s Little Corner’s

As I can remember, it was supposed to be mommy and daddy’s date ^_^ but since I always get excited when I see the movie’s trailer and Iron Man included in my favorite channels commercial programs, Disney Channel, mommy thought I can watch the movie until the end.

And I did…

The Avengers

from mom's blog :-)

Honestly, there are some scenes that didn’t get my attention but when Iron Man scenes are up, I get excited and keep on pointing at Iron Man.  I most love the action scenes in the alien invasion part of the movie, where everyone get to help each other beating up the bad guys.  ;-)

I knew Iron Man from its Iron Man 1 and 2.  I became acquainted with Black Widow and Hawk Eye when Disney Channel is giving introductions about ‘The Avengers’ team one-by-one.

The Avengers that I like most is… Iron Man!

Another Family Swimming: The Water and Little Zoie

Little Zoie loves water.  It is one characteristics that she got from me and hubby.  Hubby is a great swimmer, unlike me. ;-)

Last weekend my side of the family planned a family outing, it was supposed to be a night swimming on Saturday night for some reason we have too many bumps along the trip.  We never experienced trouble going on a family outing before but maybe that time is an exemption.  Anyway, I’m here at Little Zoie’s blog so I’ll be posting more of my daughter than filling up this post with my personal rant. ;-p

Like what I’ve said, Little Zoie loves water, and even though she’s just 4 she always tag along in pools that is way beyond her height.  But this Sunday (we settled in the resort midnight of Sunday so kids only got to swim early in the morning after their rest), the resort is just filling up the big pool so the water is not that deep for kids.

See Little Zoie enjoys herself in the water. ;-)

She just woke up here.  Rather I woke her up.  The 8am will be too much for them so I made her took a dip at 6am. ^_^

Good thing, we bought her floaters.  She get to play in the water a little far from me.  Of course, I’m watching nearby.

As soon the sun starts heat up and hurt the skin.  I decided to finish up Little Zoie’s swim for the day.  Of course, she objected, but I promised her we’ll get to come back to any of Laguna’s resort on hubby’s VL this week, and I’ll definitely let her play in the water the whole day. ;-)

How’s your summer so far?
