Little Zoie's Steps

It is only two weeks away from my Little Zoie’s 4th birthday, and we’re still planning on what are we going to do on that day…  Are we going to celebrate it at home with a simple feast or just spend time exploring good spots in the metro for Little Zoie, such as Manila Ocean Park?  Well, Manila Ocean Park is the only place we are considering right now since we haven’t visit the place yet.  So, if the budget permits, we’ll definitely go there on February 5, Little Zoie’s birthday!

I heard that there are many attractions in the place.  There are Oceanarium, Marine Life Show, Jellies, Aquanaut Voyage, Glass Bottom Boat Ride, Fish Spa, Swimming and Fun, Penguin Exhibit and the Musical Fountain Show.

We all want to see the attractions, that’s why we are looking for promos that will be available for the coming weeks.

Hubby and me will be talking about these promos and what will we get.  I hope my Little Zoie will enjoy our first visit by then!

Last weekend we had a simple family gathering, daddy’s side of the family.  They said its a birthday celebration of October to November celebrants, also Yca’s birthday (Dec. 11) celebration as well.

Anyway, I got so excited when I learned that I’ll be seeing my cousins, also the little cousins.  So what do you do when you know that you’re going to see your cousins again?  Haha… of course, FUN TIME!

Birthdays are important dates in our calendar, and starting this month a lot of our family members (immediate and extended) are are celebrating their birthdays.

Mom’s birthday is this month, as well as my Tita F’s (mom’s big sister) and Tita Ghen’s (mom’s older cousin).  The ‘adults’ birthstones are Sapphire.  No kiddos yet for this month, but I know that one of dad’s cousin’s wife, is due on the 20th and he’s a boy.  He’ll be the first kiddo birthday celebrant this September.

Last week, me, my little sister and cousin went out to our usual all-girls date.  Actually my little sister asked me and our cousin to help her choose a pair of shoes appropriate for her new work at SM Supercenter Muntinlupa.  She wanted to buy shoes at Starmall, former Metropolis Star, Alabang.

I came in late, when I arrived they already picked up a pair so we decided to go to Festival Supermall to just hang-out. After 30 mins. of walking around, we decided to eat at Jollibee because my little sister is craving for their Jolly Spaghetti.  A twenty year old girl and still loves Jolly Spaghetti?  Oh well.  ;-)

As we were eating, my cousin wants to inquire for Jollibee’s Birthday Packages because her daughter Kinah, my cute little niece, requested to celebrate her birthday there.  Then she asked me how much did I spend on Little Zoie’s first birthday at Jollibee, I told her it was almost 15k.  Jollibee’s birthday packages are great, everything there. Birthday party invitations, party hats, loot bags, prizes for the games, and most importantly, foods and the cake.

I also told her that I remember that Jollibee is giving a promo, well I still don’t know if it is still up, a promo in which, if you celebrate your kid’s birthday on weekdays it will be way cheaper than those birthdays celebrated on weekends.  That she still needs to ask.

My niece birthday is still too far, her birthday is on January, but if you’re going to celebrate it with Jollibee, better booked it a month early.  Jollibee is always in demand in this kind of occasions, so better be early.

It was an almost 3-hour girls date, we strolled, walked and sang at the amusement park videoke booth.  It was a simple but fun all-girls date.
