ABC WEDNESDAY: F is for Flags

I missed last week’s ABC Wednesday ‘E’ theme, still right now I don’t have anything for any ‘E’s so I’ll jump to ‘F’

My F for ABC Wednesday is FLAGS.  Below are all Philippine flags, it evolved since the ‘Katipunan’ days.  The flag in the the middle consisting of the 8-ray sun, 3 stars and the red and blue combinations is the 10th and last flag of the Philippines.

According to Wikipedia and our History:

The modern design of the Philippine flag was conceptualized by President Emilio Aguinaldo during his exile in Hong Kong in 1897. The first flag was sewn by Marcela Marino de Agoncillo with the help of her daughter Lorenza and Delfina Herbosa de Natividad (a niece of Propagandista José Rizal).
