As birthdays come I always think of what to give to the birthday celebrants weeks ahead of their birthdays.  As for my cousin and my friend I’m thinking of giving them something useful for both mothers and their babies.

As a mom, I’m all thumbs up on breastfeeding but I didn’t had a chance to breastfed Little Zoie in a long time.  :-(  I wasn’t blessed with that much breast milk.  Anyway, because of this reason I wanted to give them the chance to pursue the healthy practice of breastfeeding.  Healthy for both moms and babies.

Nursing babies doesn’t have scheduled time.  Babies doesn’t pick time and place where they want to be nursed.  Sometimes when the mom and baby are out of house, mom’s can’t do anything once the baby wants breast milk, except find an unexposed area where you can breastfeed.

Now that is what I want to give to my cousin and my friend as their birthday gifts, clothes that won’t exposed them as they breastfeed in public.  I’m thinking of nursing clothes from Milkbug as their birthday gifts.

Milkbug has quiet fashionable selection of nursing clothes, from tops to to dresses.  ^_^  You will know that Milkbug has a mission to give mothers comfort when they need to breastfeed in public.

Now, I can choose fashionable nursing clothes for my nursing cousin and friend, a gift for their birthday in June.

From Little Zoie to every mom in the world!

So while waiting she spotted a story book that she instantly love. She reached the storybook and excitedly opened it. She asked me where she can sit down so she can scan the pages of the book. After a few minutes of scanning, hubby arrived, I asked him if he could take a picture.

Since hubby arrived, I wanted to go the payment center so I can pay our bills already but Little Zoie didn’t want to stand up from where she is sitting.  She’s asking us if she can have the book.

Hubby said we’ll just go back to the bookstore after we ran some errands, but the little girl is so persistent.

“I want this book, mommy, daddy…”  Little Zoie said. 

Well, she’s been a good girl so a little reward wouldn’t hurt.  Also, I know how she loves books and definitely would love this one… this Disney Princess Storybook Collection.

Kids in Doodles #35

As I can remember, it was supposed to be mommy and daddy’s date ^_^ but since I always get excited when I see the movie’s trailer and Iron Man included in my favorite channels commercial programs, Disney Channel, mommy thought I can watch the movie until the end.

Honestly, there are some scenes that didn’t get my attention but when Iron Man scenes are up, I get excited and keep on pointing at Iron Man.  I most love the action scenes in the alien invasion part of the movie, where everyone get to help each other beating up the bad guys.  ;-)

I knew Iron Man from its Iron Man 1 and 2.  I became acquainted with Black Widow and Hawk Eye when Disney Channel is giving introductions about ‘The Avengers’ team one-by-one.

The Avengers that I like most is… Iron Man!

It is also a great way to spend a hot afternoon by hanging out at Starbucks and drinking frappe, right?  Even Little Zoie liked hanging out there. ^_^

Hubby was with us and he’s the photographer of the short day bonding.

She asked me thrice last month when most of our trips, Laguna and Tagaytay, are always showing horses or ponies, like the one in the image.  It was taken on our Easter Sunday family swimming trip at Doña Jovita Resort, Pansol, Laguna.

I suppose she’s wanted to be an equestrian who wears a riding helmet, show shirt and coat, jodhpurs, a tight-fitting trousers, and riding boots. ^_^ Well, if that’s what she wants, then so be it.

Tsk tsk… now, now, a horse is already too expensive to buy. @_@

I don’t understand it yet, but mommy made me choose between the pom-poms and this pink water bottle.  She said I need this than the pom-poms.  I wasn’t going to pay attention to the water bottle but Princess Aurora, Sleeping Beauty, caught my attention.  She’s my favorite princess.

That’s why when I saw her, it made me think twice of getting the pom-poms.  Then the water bottle won.  See?

Well, I guess it proves that she really loves water.  ^_^

Our previous posts are all pool resorts in Laguna, and this following water activity are going to be different.  It is our home swimming!

Sunday, April 30: Day 1 

We have a small space at the back of our apartment for washing laundry but haven’t used the space before.  Little Zoie has an inflatable pool which is kept at my parents house.  I decided to get it the next day for Little Zoie to have enough space to play.

Monday, May 1:  Day 2 

Like what I’ve decided, we went to my parents house and stayed for the early morning breakfast and picked up the inflatable pool.  You can see that the pool is too big for the space that’s why we are not keeping it.  My parents yard is way bigger than this little laundry area.

We pumped the pool and tried to fit it just the same.

And look, she’s having fun!

And even hubby’s having fun!

I think we are still going to have more fun with this pool in the coming days, one of our friends and neighbor, is dropping by sometime.  She promised she’ll bring her baby to play in the pool with my Little Zoie.
