Nursing Your Baby

Now, that I’m on my way to have a second child, I’m pregnant for almost 8 weeks, I wish I could provide more breast milk for the little one.  I remember that I didn’t produce too much breast milk for Little Zoie to consume.  I didn’t get to wear a nursing bra because my breast milk lasted only a month and a half.  :-(  That’s why I’m scared that she didn’t get the right nutrients her little body needs that time.

For the second one, I pray that I’ll be able to produce as many breast milk as I could to provide the healthy nutrients a baby needs to its nursing mom.

I also know that nursing mom is hard especially if you go public with your baby.  That’s why there are ways to make nursing comfortable.

  • Wear nursing bras.  We can find comfortable nursing bras at http://annetteonline.com.  Nursing bras can be worn during pregnancy and post pregnancy days.
  • Find a breast feeding stations inside a mall.  I have seen breast feeding stations in a couple of malls that I frequently visiting and it is a good private place for nursing moms to feed their babies.
  • Or if you are not comfortable nursing inside a mall, simply walk out and proceed to your private vehicle and breast feed there.

Nursing outside your home is not as comfortable as nursing at home, right?  As for me, I rather not go out yet if I’m still nursing my baby.
