mommy bonz So proud with Little Zoie! ^_^
She got 2 perfect scores for the subjects Mathematics and Science. Her English exam has 1 mistake but the score said 27 out of 30, maybe the teacher miscalculated the last part of the exam. Will have to ask her teacher about that on Tuesday, it’s a holiday on Monday. Her Writing exam says ‘Very Good’.
Her exams on Mathematics are quite easy for Little Zoie. The coverage of her reviewer is just shapes, colors, small-smaller-smallest, big-bigger-biggest, and the numbers 1-10. We’ve been reviewing it since early this month. ^_^ She keeps on asking little quizzes for me to make for her.
As for Science subject, the coverage are parts of the body (particularly the face), things for boys and girls, keeping oneself neat and clean, and keeping oneself strong and healthy. It is nothing complicated like air compressor parts and other air filter elements which are knowledge way beyond her education level, and which is why she got everything correct.
Both subjects above are in perfect scores, 35/35 and 30/30 respectively.
Reading/English is not that hard but when it comes to listening to the first letter/sound a word makes, Little Zoie sometimes got confused. For English subject, she got one mistake but the scoring doesn’t seem right. It says 27/30 with only one mistake. I have to inquire about that.
Below is the one mistake she made, rather confusing for a little girl.
The first image is an elevator, her choices was {e, a, i}. She encircled letter i instead. ^_^
As for Writing, of course kids their age needs to practice a lot of writing. You don’t expect them to write beautifully instantly, right? And as of this posting, she’s busy writing her dad’s name. ^_^
Now, that the first quarter exams have ended, the Kinder 1 and the rest of the class at Educamp Learning will be busy practicing their performance for the celebration of Linggo ng Wika next Friday, August 31. That I can’t wait to see!
We already bought her costume last week and made the necessary alterations and we are set to perform! Haha… Hope the kids will not have stage fright or else they won’t dance. ;-)
Also, we got 3 ‘Happy’ stars this week, week 10, but unfortunately we forgot to take a picture of it.
