Trying to lose weight seems hard keep up when you’re getting older. Our metabolism are not that active like it used to be when we’re younger. We need discipline, perseverance and persistence if we really need to lose weight.
Some people that wants to lose weight has these qualities, discipline, perseverance and persistence, but NOT ALL. People that doesn’t put time and effort in losing weight they end up using diet pills, slimming teas, and liposuction and slimming (medical) procedures (if they can afford it).
