I’ve been starting to experience migraine very often and teary eyes whenever I read too long or stare at my desktop’s monitor too long.  I’m guessing my Astigmatism is back again.

I was diagnosed that I have Astigmatism back in 2004.  The optometrist gave me prescription eyeglasses, she said these glasses will correct my astigmatism.  After 2 years of wearing my prescription eyeglasses it corrected my vision, so I stopped wearing them.

Now I think I need corrected eyeglasses again.  Well, I’m not sure if its Astigmatism again but I sure know I need to go see an optometrist soon.  I already asked some optical shops how much would an eyeglasses will cost with consultation.  Consultation is free, lens is worth P1,000, eyeglasses frame is worth P2,000+.  To sum it up, prescription eyeglasses nowadays are at least P3,000.  Well, that’s too expensive for me that’s why I’m hunting for affordable eyeglasses that will fit my budget.

I learned that if I’ll just buy colored eyeglasses from those colored eyeglasses stores and just replace the lenses with the doctor’s prescribed eyeglasses, it’ll cost me less than P1,500.00.  That’s a great deal for me.  Or I can check out some sites that offers affordable eyeglasses like Zenni Optical.   I heard they are offering affordable eyeglasses but with good quality.  So I better check them out, I might find a nice pair of eyeglasses not only for me but for hubby as well.
