I remember that daddy is watching some abs workout in YouTube last week. And this afternoon, as I was about to take my afternoon nap, I saw him installing my mat after that he started doing sit-ups (mom said it was called sit-ups).
Anyway, I he’s serious about losing weight and getting a nice tummy because he’s tummy is already bulging just like mommy! And we (mommy and me) calls it his ‘beer belly’. I think getting a weight loss pills can help but of course he needs to read reviews and ask for medical advices. He should check out myoripped reviews and ask his doctor about this first before using them.
Of course, he is my dad I have to support his ‘getting healthy’ exercise first and foremost.
Being a stay-at-home and work-at-home mom is the same thing as working outside your house.
When you go to office, you need to clean up the house and cook before you go, the same thing as you get home from work. As for work-at-home you still need to clean up and cook before you can start working, checking out, entertaining, teaching and bonding time with the little one while working. That’s the hard part, because my concentration gets distracted, and I tend to work slowly if Little Zoie is awake. The only time I can really focus on my work is when she and her dad are sleeping. I get to do lots of things when they’re sleeping. That means my time of work is mostly late, I’m staying up late until dawn then wake up early for household chores again. That’s when I get breakouts and big dark circles under my eyes.
Fortunately, I got a good dermatologist that gives effective topical medicines, so right now, what I need is a good advice on how to get rid of dark circles under my eyes. Is it under her field too, I always forgot to ask. Anyway, my check visit to her clinic is early next month, I need to remember asking that question to her. I need to get rid of it badly.
As of now, I’ll be sleeping early because my migraine is attacking me again… it means time to rest.
